Energy-Boosting Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup fresh kale
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
  • 1/2 cup ice (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional, for added sweetness)

Instructions:

  1. Place the banana, spinach, kale, chia seeds, and almond milk in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add ice if desired and blend again.
  4. Taste and add honey if you prefer it sweeter.
  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
