Citrus Carrot Energy Smoothie


  • 1 orange, peeled
  • 1 medium carrot, peeled and chopped
  • 1 small piece of fresh ginger (about 1/2 inch), peeled
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup ice (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional, for added sweetness)


  1. Place the orange, carrot, ginger, and coconut water in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add ice if desired and blend again.
  4. Taste and add honey if you prefer it sweeter.
  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
